What are the shipping options?

 

State Supply Company offers Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Ground, Freight and shipping on the customer's collect account number. Many items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Additionally, we provide a pickup option for customers located in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area.

 

Where are you located?

 

Our main headquarters is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Additionally, we have access to several nationwide factory warehouses. We proudly serve customers in Michigan and throughout the United States.

 

What type of payments do you accept?

 

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Additionally, we offer NET 30 terms for established accounts.

 

How do I establish an account with NET 30 terms with State Supply Company?

 

To establish an account with NET 30 terms, please contact us at sales@statesupplyco.com. To become an established account, a credit application must be filled out. One of our staff members will set up your account during regular business hours. You will receive an email notification once your account is ready.

 

Can I order if I am tax exempt?

 

Yes, if you are tax-exempt and wish to place an order, please email your tax-exempt certificate to accounts@statesupplyco.com.

 

Can I pick up orders locally or with a freight forwarder company?

 

We do offer pickup options at our Grand Rapids, MI location. However, we do not work with freight forwarder companies.

 

When will I be charged for my order?

 

Your order will not be billed until it is approved in our system. Once approved, an invoice and order acknowledgment will be sent to you. For credit card orders, card will be charged when the order is shipped.
